Dispatch and Operations Administration Assistant


Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, punctual, clean and detail-oriented individual to excel in this position and grow with our company.

This position entails the following:
-Calling ahead to arrange for deliveries the following week to key customers all around the country.
-Reviewing order details to ensure smooth deliveries and correct contact information.
-Administration assistance involving paperwork, dispatch assistance and other duties as assigned.
-This job requires sitting at a desk while working on a computer and the telephone for 90% of the time.

You would have a weekly schedule of 30-35 hrs with the possibility of more.

Pay period is weekly on Friday.
